Club Nights

• Event bookings open from 8.30am on the Wednesday before date of event and closes at 7pm on the Sunday.

• Times will be texted to riders on Sunday evening.

• No bookings will be accepted on the club phone but please use the club phone for any queries you may have after booking onto an event. 

We will continue to run a club night Each week when possible for members as these have proven to be a great success! Normally the lessons take place Tuesday at Laurel View Equestrian Centre. The times will be 7-9pm, depending on numbers and activity. During summer months and to add a variety of disciplines to the club nights, some will be held at alternative venues throughout the year.

We try to keep the cost of club nights to a minimum and charge to cover costs of venue and instructor.

*Please note* If you cancel with less than 48hrs notice prior to the event you will be charged the FULL amount, this is to cover venue hire costs. No members will be able to book onto future club events until payment is made for any late cancellations.
